We kindly ask that you review your order details—size, design, quantity, etc.—carefully before confirming. Due to our quick processing commitment, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections such as item type, size, or address.

If you realize you’ve made an error, you have a 6-hour window to cancel and reorder correctly. If you have any questions before placing your order, please feel free to contact us. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Canceling Orders

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing or shipping. Please note that a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will apply. To cancel, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item. After this period, orders will be considered accepted, and refunds will no longer be issued.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

Items may be returned if:

  • They arrived damaged.
  • The received design differs from what was ordered.
  • The size or material is not as ordered.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.
  • The product description does not match the item received.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
  • They cannot be worn, washed, or altered, and original tags must be intact.
  • Minor issues, like stray threads, are not eligible for return.

To process your return, please provide:

  • Shipping label/receipt
  • Proof of purchase
  • Evidence of defects
  • Relevant email screenshots

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be deducted from refund amounts.

Important Notes

  • Our return policy is valid for 30 days from delivery. After this, orders are considered accepted and refunds cannot be provided.
  • Items are eligible for return/exchange only within the 30-day window. Returns are free of additional fees, except for return shipping costs, which are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We cannot assume responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit or those made without proper communication.
